With the advancement of additive manufacturing (AM), or 3D printing technology, industries are driving towards Industry 4.0 for dynamic changed in customer experience, data-driven smart systems, and optimized production processes. This has pushed substantial innovation cyber-physical systems (CPS) through integration sensors, Internet-of-things (IoT), cloud computing, data analytics leading to process digitization. However, computer-aided design (CAD) is used generate G codes different parameters input printer. To automate whole process, this study, a customer-driven CPS framework developed utilize requirement directly from website. A platform, Microsoft Azure, send that fused diffusion modelling (FDM)-based printer automatic process. machine learning algorithm, multi-layer perceptron (MLP) neural network model, been utilized optimizing cloud. For cloud-to-machine interaction, Raspberry Pi get access Azure IoT hub studio, where generated algorithm automatically evaluated determines most suitable value.
